the Women’s Dance Project
"Women Moving, Speaking and Signing Together"
Our project incorporates women of various ages, dance levels, walks of life, and cultures –
differences that are explored and expressed through dance, music and the spoken/signed word.
These women are sharing their stories and expressions in a way that many rarely get the opportunity to enjoy.
Each woman has been encouraged to contribute to the Project by sharing a personal story, a written work,
or an outside experience as we blend it all into a performance piece to be shared with you, our community at large.
